Hi! I’m Karisa — founder of Sol Flow Virtual Assistant, lover of sunshine, teacher at heart, and forever a Wisconsin girl (even while traveling the world).

Before becoming a VA, I spent 12 years as a middle school teacher and coach in Franklin, WI. I learned firsthand how to lead, organize, communicate clearly, multitask, and support others — skills that naturally moved with me into the online business world. I’m a dedicated problem-solver with a calm presence, a creative mind, and a passion for helping people feel supported.

Today, I run my business while traveling the globe. Whether I’m watching sunsets in Portugal, walking through streets in Italy, or working from a beach café in Southeast Asia, I bring the same grounded energy, structure, and reliability to every client I work with.
