A New Year, A New Chapter (And a Stronger You)
January always feels like a deep breath. The world slows down just long enough for you to look at your life and say okay, what now. And honestly, I kind of love that. Not in a “new year, new me” way, but in a real and gentle way that lets you reflect on what the past twelve months taught you and decide who you want to be moving forward.
Last year asked a lot of me. It pushed me into growth I didn’t expect and change I didn’t exactly plan for. Making big life changing decisions was scary every single time, but also completely worth it. Leaving behind the familiar, choosing myself, building a business from scratch, and traveling across the world all taught me that courage doesn’t always feel brave in the moment, but it always leads you somewhere important.
I am grateful for the love and support of my family and friends, the people who showed up for me when everything felt heavy and uncertain. I could not have moved through the highs and lows of this year without them. Because growth is not a straight line. It is emotional, messy, surprising, beautiful, painful, and somehow exactly what I needed even when I didn’t know it at the time.
I am proud of the woman I am becoming. Proud of the strength I didn’t know I had. Proud of the bravery that showed up when I needed it most. Proud of the confidence I found by choosing myself, exploring the world, and allowing happiness to matter. Starting a business was something I had dreamed of for years, and giving myself the flexibility to work from wherever I am feels like a gift I finally gave myself.
And now we’re stepping into a brand new year. A year with space for possibility. A year that asks who do you want to be and what do you want your life to look like.
My goals for 2026 feel both grounding and exciting. I want to continue choosing myself and my happiness, even when it’s the harder choice. I want to prioritize my wellness and healing. I want to build my business into something that gives me financial freedom. I want to move abroad and travel to as many countries as I can. I want to nurture the friendships that mean everything to me and find my new community wherever I land. I want to help business owners simplify their lives by offering support that lets them breathe. And maybe most importantly, I want to inspire anyone who feels stuck to take a leap of faith. You can do hard things. You can change your life. You can choose yourself too.
As you step into this new year, take a moment to reflect on what last year taught you. What did you learn about yourself? What surprised you? What challenged you? What made you proud? And then decide who you want to be in 2026. What do you want more of? What do you want less of? What do you want to build, explore, release, or welcome in?
Here’s an easy place to start. Write down one thing you are proud of from last year and one goal you have for this year. That’s it. Small, simple, meaningful. And if you feel like sharing, leave them in the comments so we can celebrate with you.
Here’s to a new year and a new chapter. To growth, to joy, to bravery, to softness, to expansion, and to becoming the person you’ve been slowly building all along.
